I found the receipt be confusing. Still not sure how much I was charged for it or how to use the benefits. The time I tried, they were not able to be applied to my order. I have not had very good luck with customer service so decided to just trust it. The hat that came with joining was a bust.

We recommend that you don't opt out of Aembr's Checkout+ protection at checkout. It's a nominal fee that actually earns you more in cashback (5% to be exact). It also unlocks free returns & exchanges, and a 90 day warranty on our products. Win-win!
Of course, you can always opt-out on any order. You can even opt-out if you added it accidentally (provided the order hasn't processed yet). You will then be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items in transit as Aembr will not replace these items in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale.
