MEAD
MEAD can be enjoyed all year-round, but is especially comforting during the holidays. In the age of the Vikings, mead was a "honey wine", a fermented beverage made of honey, water, and yeast. Playing on that heritage, MEAD is a drunken-honey concoction of thick golden syrup paired with grounding notes. Bergamot brightens it up and tempers its sweetness, as the tobacco, oud resin and black amber give it a grounding depth.
