Every AEMBR candle is hand-poured in small batches using clean, thoughtfully selected ingredients. We stand behind the quality of our wax and wicks with a one-year burn guarantee.
If your candle demonstrates a confirmed defect in the wax or wick, we will gladly replace it.
Covered issues may include:
- Significant wax sinkholes
- Persistent tunneling despite proper burn care
- Wicks that will not remain lit after correct trimming
- Abnormal burn performance due to wax or wick defect
To qualify for a replacement, candles must be burned according to our care guidelines:
- The first burn must last 2–3 hours, allowing the wax to melt fully to the edge of the vessel.
- Wicks should be trimmed to 1/8–1/4" before each burn.
- Candles should be burned on a level surface and away from drafts.
Replacement requests for tunneling will be reviewed once at least 75% of the candle has been burned in accordance with these instructions.
Please note: approximately ½" of wax will remain at the bottom of the vessel at the end of its life. This is intentional and ensures safe performance. It is not considered a defect.

What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is our optional return protection available at checkout.
When you add Checkout+ to your order, your return shipping label is included. If something isn’t quite right, you can return any item in your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit without paying for return shipping.
If you choose not to add Checkout+, you’re still welcome to return eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy. In that case, return shipping costs will apply.
