AEMBR Shipping Policy

1) Domestic Shipping

We are pleased to offer low-cost or free flat-rate shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions for orders over a certain amount within the contiguous U.S. These offers are subject to change at any time.

2) International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries using upgraded, faster services—often with over 50% savings on shipping fees. Estimated transit times are:

  • Standard International Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • DHL Express Worldwide: 3–5 business days

All customs duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. You will not owe additional fees upon delivery.

Per trade laws, all exports must be marked as “e-commerce goods” rather than “gifts.” If you are asked to pay duties or import taxes upon delivery, please contact us at help@aembr.co for assistance.

3) Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it usually cannot be modified, canceled, or combined with other orders. Coupons cannot be added retroactively.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request cancellation:

  • Refunds to the original payment method incur a 3% processing fee.
  • You may choose store credit or an AEMBR gift card to avoid the fee.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4) Processing & Fulfillment Times

All orders are hand-packed and shipped from our Houston, Texas studio. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, but during high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), please allow up to 7 business days before shipment.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

5) Shipping & Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Include the following when emailing help@aembr.co:

  • Photos of the product and outer packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Your order number

Without these photos, we cannot process a claim with the carrier. AEMBR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If an order was placed without Checkout+, we are unable to assist with refunds or replacements for damaged, delayed, or lost parcels.

6) Returns & Exchanges

We’ve made returns simple through our Returns Portal. To start a return or exchange, visit returns.aembr.co.

From there, you can select a refund, exchange, or store credit option for eligible items within your return window. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection.

7) Customer Responsibility

Please verify your shipping address and contact information before submitting your order. AEMBR is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from address errors, missing information, or refusal to accept delivery.
