AEMBR Return & Refund Policy

1) Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it usually cannot be modified, canceled, or combined with other orders. Coupons and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request cancellation:
- Refunds to the original payment method incur a 3% processing fee.
- You may choose store credit or an AEMBR gift card to avoid the fee.
Orders that have been fulfilled or shipped cannot be canceled.
2) Holiday and Black Friday
- Final Sale: All sale orders are final. No edits, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
- Pricing: Sale pricing applies only to new orders placed during the promotional period.
- Processing time: 4–8 business days before shipment during high-volume periods.
- Discount codes: Only one code per order. Many discount codes will not apply during sales due to prices already being marked as low as possible.
- Order adjustments: If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to request a scent swap. If no response, we’ll refund the item and ship the remainder. If a wick type is unavailable, we’ll substitute the next available wick for the same scent.
- Aembassador discounts are only eligible on full-priced items. Aembassador pricing will not apply to already-discounted items.
3) Checkout+ Returns
AEMBR uses Checkout+ to manage all returns and exchanges. Options and timeframes are outlined below.

4) Item Eligibility and Condition
- Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Include all free gifts; if not returned, the gift value will be deducted from your refund or credit.
- Returns missing components (outer boxes, pouches, etc.) may be denied or partially refunded.
5) Scent Swap Guarantee
If a scent doesn’t fit your space, we offer a Scent Swap Guarantee for eligible products.
- Valid within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
- Not valid on laundry products unless new and unopened. We recommend ordering laundry samples with your first purchase.
- If Checkout+ Protection was not purchased, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
6) Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items
- Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery to help@aembr.co.
- Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Without these, we cannot process a claim.
7) Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Opened laundry products
- Used or damaged items
8) How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Access the Loop returns portal from your order confirmation email or our website.
- Select refund, exchange, or store credit. If eligible, instant or advanced exchange will appear as an option.
- Print the prepaid label provided in the portal and drop the package at your carrier.
9) Processing Times
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
- Exchanges ship once your return is scanned as “in transit” or delivered, depending on your chosen option.
10) Chargebacks & Account Status
Chargebacks result in account termination, forfeiture of loyalty points and memberships, and future order restrictions. A 3% merchant fee is retained on canceled orders related to chargebacks.
11) EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
- Applies to EU orders only.
- Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping must be traceable; lost returns are not refundable.
- Contact AEMBR for a return authorization before shipping.
12) Reservation of Rights
AEMBR may deny returns that fail inspection or fall outside the stated windows. For help, email help@aembr.co.
