AEMBR Autoship Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase. This policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions (Autoship)
When you purchase a subscription (herein referred to as "Autoship"), you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some Autoship subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time.

If you prefer to change rather than cancel, we encourage you to try swapping for a different product or scent to retain the full value of your subscription savings.
Occasionally price increases may necessitate that the value of your subscription will change. You will be notified three days prior to any charge via email of any upcoming charges.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you’re buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available in our inventory. We may collect full or partial payment at checkout, securely store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance (if applicable) once the item is ready to ship.
- Cancellation: You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled if you have made a partial payment. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund.
- Restocking Fee: Cancellations for pre-ordered items are subject to a 3% restocking fee to cover non-refundable credit card payment processor fees incurred by us. For more details, please review our Return Policy.
