So many things! We're phthalate-free, carcinogen-free, mutagen-free, paraben-free, sulfate-free, and phosphate-free to name a few reasons. We're also vegan, and pet-safe and family-friendly!
What is in your fragrance?
Candles (& other fragranced products) have long been a staple in homes, not just for their warm light but for their ability to fill a room with delightful fragrances. At AEMBR, we understand the importance of ensuring that this sensory experience is not only luxurious but also safe and sustainable. What are Phthalates and Parabens?
Phthalates (pronounced THAL-ates) are chemicals commonly used in scented products to enhance fragrance throw and prolong scent longevity. Parabens, on the other hand, are preservatives added to home scents to prolong their shelf life. Ordering
What are your sale/black friday terms?
To ensure a smooth shopping experience during our busiest time of year, please review our sale policies below:
- Final Sale: All sale orders are considered final. We’re unable to modify sale orders (items or shipping addresses) once they’re placed, and we cannot accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for these items.
- Pricing Policy: Sale discounts apply only to new orders placed during the sale period. We’re unable to offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
- Processing Time: Due to high order volumes, our processing time may take 4-14 days before your order is shipped. This timeframe does not include carrier transit time. Thank you for your patience as our small team works hard to fulfill your order.
- Discount Codes: Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you’d like to use a different code, please place a separate order.
- Order Adjustments: To prevent delays, we may adjust orders as needed. In case of any adjustments:

Is my payment data secure with you?
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you offer online payments
Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express.
We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo as well as many interest-free installment providers, including Shop Pay (Affirm), Klarna, Sezzle and Afterpay.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
If I don't like a scent, can I return it?
Excluding any final-sale items, you can return unused products in new, saleable condition to AEMBR. Refunds can be provided on eligible items/orders, less the non-refundable merchant processing fee (3%), which is a pass-through charge to the payment processors.
Orders with our VIP+ Protection in partnership with Onward are eligible for free returns & exchanges, and an extended 90 day satisfaction guarantee.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
International shipping could take up to 5-8 business days.
During global supply chain peak periods, shipping times could be longer than usual.
How much does it cost?
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout. Domestic shipping within the contiguous US is free on orders over $60.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
Duties and import duties are now completely covered by AEMBR - so the price you see is the price you pay with no surprise charges.

Warranty & Guarantee
Do you offer a warranty for your products?
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 30 days of noticing any defects.
It does not cover damage, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defect.

What if my order arrives damaged, or is lost or stolen?
We tend to overpackage our items (all plastic-free!) but occasionally carriers do mess up. But don't fear! We guarantee you'll get the item(s) you paid for in intact condition, or your money back. We'll try to replace in-stock items, so please file your damaged or defective claim here for easy self-service.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds, subject to a 5% restocking fee. To avoid the restocking fee, please select an exchange or store credit option during the process of applying for a return.

How long after I complete a purchase can I ask for a refund?
A refund request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase is made. Refunds cannot be requested until the order is delivered.
To return an item, please head to the returns center. If filing a claim against our satisfaction guarantee (valid on VIP+ orders), please do so here.
