There are times when smells illicit memories and then there are smells that bring images to life. 1920 is what I imagine old smoking/business rooms (if that’s what they are called) to smell like. I picture an office like space that men retire to after dinner to drink whiskey/bourbon in with their cigars and talk “shop”. The walls have the dark forest green wallpaper, dark mahogany furniture, a large stone fireplace, and mood lighting. All that to say, it’s got a very mature scent that I think AEMBR does so well while not overpowering the room. It has an undertone of sweetness that helps balance all the scents. It has quickly became one of my favorites which is kinda difficult because I’ve been collecting scents like their infinity stones.

I love this candle scent. However, it’s hardly noticeable to me when lit 😔 I just prefer more throw.
