Manufacturing Assistant I
Want to work for a fun, dynamic team of candlemakers and fragrance lovers as we grow a rapidly scaling business? Are you interested in being able to say you learned a highly-skilled trade all while joining a company from the very beginning? Are you interested in internal promotions as we expand our team? Come work for AEMBR! We're a rapidly growing luxury candle and home fragrance brand. Here's what we need!
Attention to detail is a skill you must have, and there's no candle-making experience necessary! Good dexterity of hands, moderate lifting ability (up to 40 lbs) and cleaning, organizing, inventory will be a requirement for non-candle making days. Social media skills a plus as we make TikTok's and Reels behind the scenes. Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- candle manufacturing hand-poured luxury candles & fragrance (on the job training provided)
- shipping & packaging orders
- moderate lifting (no more than 40 lbs)
- inventory sorting and organization
- cleaning machines & tabletops, sweeping floors, taking out trash
- handling customer pickup orders (front-facing customer service skills and polite & friendly demeanor is a MUST)
- +/- forklift operation (optional, experience is a plus)
- +/- social media content creation for ΓMBR accounts (optional, experience is a plus)

New Hires will be required to show proof of citizenship, sign an NDA & non-compete, and will go through a background check.
Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm. Paid Holidays, no weekends!
Position available: W2 full-time (32-40Β hours). Overtime opportunities available for employees who desire to do so.
Location: Spring Branch (Houston, TX)
