Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 14 days of noticing any defects.

It does not cover damage, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defect.

We tend to overpackage our items (all plastic-free!) but occasionally carriers do mess up. But don't fear! We guarantee you'll get the item(s) you paid for in intact condition, or your money back. We'll try to replace in-stock items, so please file your damaged or defective claim here for easy self-service.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within 14 days after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund provided that re:do free returns & exchanges was opted in during checkout.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

When an order includes re:do (free returns & exchanges as well as package protection), all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are paid for and managed by the customer.

When an order includes re:do, the cost of the return shipping is handled by AEMBR. There are no restocking fees with re:do protected returns, and you can exchange or ask for a full refund.
