What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is our optional return protection available at checkout.

When you add Checkout+ to your order, your return shipping label is included. If something isn’t quite right, you can return any item in your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit without paying for return shipping.

If you choose not to add Checkout+, you’re still welcome to return eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy. In that case, return shipping costs will apply.

What Does Checkout+ Cover?

When Checkout+ is added to your order:

• Your return shipping label is covered.

• You may return any item in your order, including final sale items.

• Coverage applies to the entire order. You do not need to purchase Checkout+ for each item.

All returns must still be submitted within our designated return window.

If Checkout+ is not selected at checkout, you may still initiate a return, but you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
