What is the Candle of the Month club?
Candle of the month is a monthly subscription box containing a single full size candle. From time to time you'll receive freebies along with the monthly candle.
When can I join COTM? It says sold out?
You can only enter during the entry period - if slots are available - between the 1st and 7th of each month. After that period, entry is closed to new customers. Each month around the 15th your monthly candle will ship out.
Can I cancel my COTM subscription or cancel my order once it has been placed?

After a subscription shipment has been processed (charged) it cannot be canceled changed or refunded. However, you may cancel the subscription anytime, to prevent future deliveries.

Will I know the candle scent ahead of time?
The short answer: no, it will be a surprise until unboxing it. Each scent is carefully curated by Kristina and the AEMBR team to suit the season and energy of the current month. Each batch is made carefully and sometimes exclusively for COTM boxes.
Can I return a candle from the COTM box?
Due to the limited nature of the COTM box and its exclusivity, candles from the COTM club are final sale.
What's in your fragrance?
Plant-based fragrance and essential oils — certified phthalate-free, paraben-free, and tested for reproductive and cellular toxicity. Every ingredient is selected the way a physician selects ingredients: starting from what's safe, not ending there.
What if I don't like the scent?
Scent is personal. If it doesn't work for your space, exchange it within 30 days — new and unused — for one that does. No paperwork. No pushback.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30 day returns and free exchanges on new, unused items that are not listed as Final Sale.

What makes your products different?
Most fragrance and home care products don't disclose what's actually inside them. AEMBR does. Every formula is physician-formulated and tested against phthalates, carcinogens, and mutagens — and the full ingredient list is on every product page. That standard isn't common in this industry. For us, it's the starting point.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Shipping is calculated at checkout and transit time is about 5-8 business days. Duties and import taxes are included so there's no charges to worry about after you place your order!
